The SIGTTO Strategy underpins all our work. Recently refreshed in May 2025, it provides values, the direction, the priorities and framework that will enable SIGTTO to continue to flourish in a rapidly evolving industry.
This Strategy Refresh is the result of a thorough review and consultations with members. It is aimed at ensuring the Society is fit for purpose, forward-looking, and fully aligned with the needs of a growing and diversifying sector. The key principles underpinning our Society are shown below.
Implementation of our strategy is managed though SIGTTO’s internal framework, translating principles into clear workstreams and accountable actions. Progress is tracked, reviewed and reported to the Board, to ensure momentum and transparency. Many of the actions identified will require sustained effort, renewed member engagement and, in some cases, expanded collaboration with industry partners.
