Effective learning from incidents is a significant pillar of safety for the liquefied gas industry. SIGTTO uses information on incidents to guide the work of the Society, improving best practice guidance and influencing the development of regulations and standards.

To continue to raise awareness and encourage incident sharing, SIGTTO is pleased to share the publication of a monthly incident learning sheet from July 2026.
